Hello, again!

I’m Giuliana Valcarce, a Miami-based graphic designer.
I have a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History from Florida International University.

I’m drawn to design that tells a story. Work that feels intentional, expressive, and grounded in something meaningful. In turn, when I approach design, I try to implement these same values. No matter the project or client.

I also love to play with color, texture, and composition to ultimately create visuals that can connect with people.

My background includes branding, digital, print, illustration, and presentation design, and more recently, I’ve been working more closely with marketing exploring email newsletters, social media, and SEO. It’s shifted the way I think about design not just as visuals, but as something that lives across an organization’s day-to-day communications, from digital platforms to real-world interactions. I’m especially interested in how design and branding help bring initiatives to life and shape how people connect with and experience an organization.

I’m always looking to learn and grow, I've recently completed a digital marketing fellowship with COOP, HTML Basics with SheCodes and working now on learning a bit about animation using Procreate.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me with my dog Mishka and my cat Vassily, who are equal parts distraction and inspiration!

Feel free to reach out at giulianavalcarce@gmail.com or through the contact form on my site, I’d love to connect.
